What a terrible experience!!! My mom and her friend went in today to look for a mother of the bride dress for my wedding, with an appointment. Out of 2 dresses that she tried on, she liked one of them. As Lucy was going to get more, my mom turned to her friend and said that she wanted to narrow down a few and then make another appointment to go back with me so I could help her decide. As soon as Lucy heard that, she told my mom she couldn't try on anymore dresses today but could try them all when she came back. Excuse me??? What kind of place is this?? My mom has a pretty high budget for this dress and was prepared to spend it at this store. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Jasmine was great right from the beginning. Didn't pressure me into buying and didn't discourage me from trying different styles. Some I didn't even dream that I could pull off. We fell in love with this dress the moment we tried it. I never thought that I would be able to get a gorgeous dress like this one if I had not tried it in their store. Being a plus mother of the bride it was extremely hard to try on dresses in most bridal stores because they only carry small sizes to try on and very limited on what they have available for a plus women to in vision what it will look like on. If stores do have any plus size dresses they are the standard box, straight cut with a jacket nothing exciting. So nice to know that Diva has a variety of different styles and plus fit sizes to try. Hopefully they keep plus size dresses in store for women like me to try. I definitely will recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for an elegant dress no matter what occasion, no matter what size they are. Dress arrived earlier than promised which was great. They also have different price ranges depending on your budget.

Jasmine at Diva was amazing. I came in less than 1 month before my wedding, looking for a dress and found the perfect gown off the rack. Small problem? it was about 1.5 inches too small in the waist. The alterations were done extremely quickly and professionally (although it was quite a bit more expensive than I had anticipated, at $350 to let out the dress on both sides by 3/4 inch with no extra beading added, and to add 2 strings to french bustle - if time permits, ask around) and the experience with Jasmine (store manager? owner? I'm not sure) was amazing. She made me feel gorgeous, she took the time to explain what would happen, and she squeezed me in despite my crazy short time limit. I would 100% recommend this store, and don't be shy to ask to look through the off the rack options. Super!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I found my beautiful dress with the help of Jasmine, and they even rushed it because of how last minute I was! This was 3-years ago. I took my girlfriend here last week, after visiting 5-6 other bridal stores around the city, and she also found her dress!-with the help of Jasmine again :) They have beautiful gowns and they let you take your time. Some of the other bridal stores are just “too much”-in terms of strictness with appointment times, deposits, how many dresses you can try on etc. This place has the kind of vibe you need as a potential stressed-out bride to be! Highly recommend!!
