I used to frequent this restaurant and hadn't been back here for a while, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came back yesterday. The restaurant is beautiful, very elegant and refined. I loved! The food is still delicious and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. I intend to go back again.

Absolutely love this restaurant in Toronto – in my opinion, one of the best! Always serving fresh seafood, incredibly delicious, with a beautiful interior. The staff, true professionals, not only recommend but also share their expertise. Had an amazing experience – highly recommend it to anyone craving delicious food, especially seafood enthusiasts!

I finally had the chance to eat at Mercado and, it was fantastic! We were a party of four on a reservation so, we just walked in. At first, we sat outside but, it was getting chilly so, we asked to be moved inside and the staff re-accommodated us. We ordered an assortment of food along with a couple bottles of Portuguese wine. Overall, the food was delicious. We shared everything and, at the end, we were all satisfied. The portions were reasonable for the upscale profile but, you must be willing to splurge for it. The staff were friendly and diligent. The setting is definitely quaint with a lively atmosphere.

Ordered take out from here during the pandemic to celebrate our anniversary. It was so amazing! When we picked it up, it was just getting packaged. 20 mins later when we arrived home, everything was hot and fresh. We loved it so much that I took my husband here for his birthday last week. The octopus was grilled to perfection, all the seafood was fresh and displayed beautifully. 10/10 would go back for more occasions!
