I took my daughters 14k necklace with a heart to get it soldered. After I placed it on her neck it fell off with in one and a half hours It was not fixed properly and the jeweler has taken no responsibility.They said I should have checked it! It's my fault!!! I believe everyone trusts that something's fixed that they pay to have repaired! !My daughter has been crying about the necklace because it's very sentimental to her.
Also prices are always l
different depending on the day go visit. Not just for their merchandise but for repairs For exampleone day a repair will be $15 the next day it'll be 50 for the same repair.
