I went in 2 days ago to view their frames. The male working at the store went on to lecture me that I should get a prescription first before shopping for frames. He stated it’s really difficult to get examinations done and it could take a long time . This is news to myself as I’ve been shopping for frames for a week now and never spoke to an optometrist that couldn’t see me within the week I asked if he could order a particular brand of glasses that he didn’t carry. At first he said yes, depending on the brand, so I told him which brand interested me He asked how many pairs I need Well basically one. He told me he might have to charge for shipping because of gas prices I said ok and then he said I should just find them online and order them from someone else Lol. I was at a loss for words. Never been turned away for wanting to purchase 500.00 frames It probably explains why there were no customers in his store. Horrible service! It seems he doesn’t need any business 🤷‍♀️

Had prescription shades made for 525 dollars. First they come back with the frame bent as they tried to force in the lens, which didn't fit properly and left an opening between the lens and the frame. I return it only to wait 3 weeks after which I'm told the lens company lost the frame. I asked for a refund, which after being asked about 5 or 6 times if i can chose a new frame, i finally got. Now I got 3 calls asking to return the cheap lens cleaner and the case for the lost shades. Nothing but a hassle. I went to Costco 244 tax in got my shades, prescription of course.

Called there to ask a simple question if they carry one specific model and the lady stated she cannot do it. She told me to stop by to check myself.

Great service and the people were nice.
