Instead of filling a complaint I will write this review. Tellers don’t provide the right information, some of them are very nice but some are very entitled. I had a problem with my card and the new one doesn’t work fully because apparently it is not connected to the Mastercard network and I had to call 1-800 to get this information because in person the teller just wanted to change my password and that’s all what he could do for me. I just wish they were more knowledgeable and helpful. The other time the teller insisted that I only would be able to open up a savings account in person with appointment booked and I found out myself that I could open as many savings account as I wished through the app. I am well aware that they might be learning but this kind of information should be provide for them while training.

Brand new modern branch! The staff here is nice and helpful. The new location is much bigger and more open-concept than the old one.

How is it possible that you have 1 person taking customers? And you have a sign outside talking about being understaffed. How is that my problem? You make tons of money, hire more people! Update: Instead of having the manager calling me to "discuss further", why not have them help the customers waiting forever in line...

I have been waiting to find out my application for a loan. I had my first appointment in march 2022. Isaac C. said it would take the most a week, but he went on vacation and when he reach out to me in May it was to introduce me through emails to Sergio Chazi. He was going to take over my request. I have provided my documents, I have called and emailed Sergio Chazi and only received half a response, I have emailed again and no responses! It has been 5 months and have no answer. Awful service and very discouraging when I already have other banking services with them.
