No one seems to want to do any work here. The teller takes forever to process anything and asks very invasive questions even though I’ve been a client for many years. I felt discriminated because the lady at the front who would just be on her laptop the entire time, would go behind the counter and help their “regular” or Portuguese speaking clients right away, but made me wait in line for the one other slow teller that was open while she was with a client already. Echoing a previous review they treat you terribly here and have zero customer service. Will not be going back to this brand again even though it’s close to me… I’ve been here once before, a few years ago, and each time the service has been painfully slow and horrendous. I thought I’d give them a try again since it’s been a few years but I’d rather drive to a further branch then come here. Avoid.

I go to this location once a month and every time they say I haven’t seen you before. I’ve held an account for 28 years and the new staff treats you like a criminal. Secondly the hours of operation are incorrect and misleading clients. When you speak to a manager they tell me they have notified home office. It’s a simple edit you can make for your clients on Google itself so you aren’t wasting their time. Maybe it’s time to switch to a branch like td who is open till 8 at majority of their locations.

Alexandru was super rude and not friendly.. Came there to open bank account but he seems just don't want to fill the form.. Lol.. Thanks.. I will never deal with this bank ever

Sandra (manager at this location) is amazing !! Anytime I need anything, she gets it done. She definitely deserves a raise because she goes out of her way for clients and is very thorough with her work. I had an issue with a post-dated cheque and at first called main customer service line and they were of no help, I kept talking to different employees and was being told different things. As soon as I got on the line with Sandra, she got everything done and quickly. Thank you again for all your help Sandra
