Charges $3.50 to withdraw funds from a non cibc account. Atrocious. Banks are raking in profits and yet they gouge customers wherever possible. Suggest choosing a more customer friendly bank.

The low rating is no surprise to me and I'm glad CIBC is not my main bank of choice. I came here to deposit a bank draft and the level of customer service between my bank and this one are night and day. The staff are disinterested, terribly inefficient, and show little regard for customers. In an era where customer service and efficiency are paramount, this bank failed to meet the most basic expectations.

The rest of the reviews couldn’t be more correct. I bank with another FI and had to come here to deposit a bank draft. Not only are they horribly inefficient but the customer service skills are extremely lacking. They literally laughed in my face.

Maybe the best adviser in the town is Simon, he was helping with any banking problems.
