The receptionist with black short hair was the rudest ever. When I first made an appointment on the phone, they didn’t tell me that I needed a sheet of paper from a doctor. And I showed up without paper and the receptionist yelled at me, saying “How are we supposed to know you need a mammography!?” Even if that’s common knowledge for Canadians, the way to speak should be kinder. You should train them how to politely and calmly tell something to patients. Even if I get the paper, I would never go back to this place again.

I went there first time to booked an ultrasound appointment in after two days, then I showed up and the lady told me that there was no tech, because tech issued, I’d have to go somewhere else to booked a appointment. I asked why they didn't give me a notification, the lady sat at the front desk told me that my phone number was no proper. I asked her which number did she called, she repeated my home phone, which are not working sometime, but she just never called my cell number to instead. She was very impatient said we already try to called you ,so she can't avoid I came in today. I asked her for different locations where i can go, she passed me a paper and told me to call that number. I was still out side of the door , she started to talking with her coworker about their client , which were very unprofessional . At the same time ,I looked my paper , there are DOSE have my cell phone number and home phone number there, but why she only tried to call my home number one time and never try to contact my cell phone number to instead . I feel so disappointing about this location because of her attitude and how they treated their clients.

I would like to share my appreciation for Lina Giannitti. Lina always provides excellent customer service either on the phone or in person. She is kind and caring. I booked an ultrasound and X-ray over a week ahead of time. This was confirmed over the phone 48 hours before the appointment. I showed up only to be told there was no X-ray tech and that I’d have to go somewhere else for the X-ray portion of my appt. Obviously I was put off, but what really irked me was the receptionist who basically said « I don’t know what to tell you. I just work here » and went on to tell me that I couldn’t even make an appointment for the X-ray and that it was walk in only across town. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the ultrasound tech was extremely kind and patient. A very very nice gentleman. He is the epitome of professionalism and service. Great job. If you know a tech is scheduled to be elsewhere on the day of someone’s appointment, then you should tell the patient when you call them to confirm the appointment or before the patient comes in the day of the appt. Also, train the weekend receptionist on customer service. Not a great response.
